Guided by Rumi’s poem “the moon and the sea” , this three-hour workshop will take you on a journey alternating oriental dance, Tibetan yoga, meditation, teachings on the divine, male and female energy to experience energy in our body.
Like a spiritual retreat, this workshop will connect you to your inner temple, just like the spiritual knowledge from the Delphis Oracle of “Know Thyself, above all speak the Truth”. Join committed to have a vivid experience with your soul.
This workshop includes a dance Performance by Julia, where she will dance the poem and the knowledge in the body, representing the different phases of spiritual development.
The workshop is from 3pm to 5pm.
Performance starts at 5:15 pm.
Worshop ends at 6pm.
Julia Signer is a spiritual artist. She has been teaching and embodying spiritually since 2001, first with yoga and adding spiritual oriental dance since 2020. She has a Master’s Degree in the Science of Religion. She is Brazilian and lives in a temple in Rio de Janeiro. Julia is in New York in January and February and is excited to share her knowledge.
